If you’re getting in touch through email or the contact form we will get back to you with a quote based on the work you’ve requested within 24 hours (Please check SPAM and JUNK folders if you have not heard anything within 24 hours), and send you an invoice once we’ve had a consultation. You will remove the Fire Control Unit from the grip module (I cannot take serialized parts or complete firearms! If you need help with this, I can point you in the right direction for some resources) and ship your grip module to us, or we can arrange a local drop off.

We will complete the work within 5 working days of receiving the grip and ship it back to you, or we can arrange a pickup. If shipped we will provide you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.
